Particle Sizing Products

Particle size distributions are made easy to determine using the PSS range of particle size analysers for both wet and dry samples. The single particle optical size (SPOS) technique is used by the accusizer range to count particles from 0.5 - 2,500 microns which is very helpful for particle contamination monitoring.

Nano particle distributions are determined using the Nicomp 380 using the Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) principle.

Zeta Potential can also be added to this model for emulsion stability and colloid suspension determination.

Particle size analysis can also be done on-line, yielding particle size distributions down to sub-micron sizing.

Particle size analysers have seen the addition of the new Archimedes unit that is able to count nano-particles being produced by PSS using the new technique of mass counting instead of volume counting.
